This Ain’t Easy LLC is committed to providing products that support wellness, reflection, and growth. Each product is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partner. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Do not send items back without prior approval.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to our fulfillment center (the default return address). You will receive this address upon return approval. If you choose to use a different return address (such as a personal or business location), you assume full responsibility for managing returned shipments.
If a return is sent to our facility and remains unclaimed for more than 30 days, it may be donated to charity without refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery

For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at our expense.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Face masks or sealed hygiene-related items

Buyer’s remorse (except where legally required — see Brazil/EU exceptions)

Items returned without prior approval

Sale items or gift cards
International Returns (EU & Brazil)
EU Customers:
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized or hygiene-sealed items are not eligible for return. Standard items can be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.
Brazilian Customers:
You may cancel and return items within 7 days of receipt by contacting customer service with a photo of the item. Refunds are not available if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Incorrect Shipping or Unclaimed Packages

If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, you are responsible for reshipment costs after confirming a corrected address.

Unclaimed shipments returned to our fulfillment center will be held for 30 days. After that period, they may be donated to charity at your cost, without refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges for size or style. If you'd like a different item:

Place a new order after your return is approved
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
