Fulfillment & Processing

All products are made to order. This means we begin creating your items after you place an order.

Processing time:

  • Standard fulfillment time is 2–7 business days depending on the product type and destination.

  • Some orders may ship sooner or later depending on demand and order volume.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email when your order ships with tracking information included.

Shipping Times

After fulfillment, average shipping times are:

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary based on your location and postal service performance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, shipping method selected, and number of items in your order.

Occasionally, promotional shipping discounts may apply (e.g., free shipping on select items).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@thisainteasy.org.

Multiple Shipments

Because we partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment center, some items in your order may ship separately depending on availability and production times. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra for split shipments.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to our fulfillment center:

  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs

  • We’ll contact you to confirm the correct address before resending

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

International Orders

Import taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping charge.
